Dimensional tolerance control of UHPC components is an important measure of a manufacturer's production precision and quality management level. Qinglong Group's internal corporate control standards are typically stricter than national or industry standard requirements, ensuring that components can achieve "millimeter-level" precise installation on site. Our dimensional tolerance control covers multiple dimensions including "length (side length), thickness, flatness, diagonal difference, and embedded part positioning."
For panel-shaped components, the allowable deviation for length and width is typically controlled at ±1.5mm/m, with total deviation not exceeding ±3mm. Thickness deviation is required to be within ±1.5mm. Panel surface flatness is key to the visual appearance and is checked with a 2-meter straightedge, with gaps no greater than 2mm. Diagonal difference is used to control the squareness of rectangles, requiring the difference between the two diagonal lengths to be no more than 3mm. These strict tolerance requirements ensure that UHPC panels have uniform joint widths and flat surfaces when joined together, creating a refined architectural facade effect.
Position deviation of embedded parts and related holes and slots is the foundation of installation precision, and the requirements are even more stringent. The centerline position deviation of embedded parts must be ≤2mm, and the height difference between the embedded part surface and the panel surface must be ≤1mm. The center position deviation of bolt holes and pin holes must likewise be ≤2mm. Qinglong ensures the accuracy of these critical dimensions by using high-precision CNC-machined molds and positioning fixtures to secure embedded parts during production. For irregularly shaped components, we use 3D scanning technology for quality verification, comparing the physical entity against the 3D digital model to ensure precise shaping.
This stringent set of dimensional control standards stems from Qinglong's understanding and pursuit of precision manufacturing, and forms the basis for our participation in landmark projects with extremely high precision requirements, such as Shanghai Century Plaza and the Shenzhen Yirui Biotechnology Building. It ensures that UHPC, as a high-end architectural decorative material, can achieve the precise aesthetic effects envisioned by designers.
