The ability of a GRC manufacturer to fulfill its after-sales commitments is an important indicator of a company's integrity and overall strength. Qinglong's after-sales commitments are built on a scientific warranty system. We provide standard warranty periods for GRC products, ranging from 3 to 10 years depending on different application locations and environmental conditions. More importantly, our warranty commitments are not merely verbal assurances; the warranty scope, responsibility allocation, and solutions are clearly defined through legally binding contract terms. In the Qingpu R&D and production project in Shanghai, the 10-year warranty period we committed to covers not only quality issues with the materials themselves, but also reliability guarantees for the installation system.

Fulfilling commitments requires strong technical capabilities and resource guarantees. Qinglong has a dedicated after-sales technical service team whose members all possess extensive experience in the GRC industry. We have established a comprehensive spare parts inventory system, maintaining sufficient spare parts stock for regular products. For products with special specifications, we deliberately retain molds and production process documentation at the production stage, ensuring we can still provide perfect replacement components even years or even a decade later. Five years after the completion of the Nanning Liyuan Hotel project, when the client needed a small number of additional shaped components, we quickly completed the supplementary production and installation using the original molds and technical documentation we had retained, perfectly fulfilling our long-term service commitment.

What matters even more in fulfilling commitments is a proactive sense of responsibility. When handling after-sales issues, Qinglong always adheres to the principle of "never deflecting problems and daring to take responsibility." During the later-stage maintenance of the Guangxi New Media Center project, we discovered that some connectors needed adjustment. Although this involved the responsibilities of multiple parties, we still proactively proposed solutions and undertook the main adjustment work. This responsible attitude has won us the long-term trust of our clients and demonstrates the sense of responsibility that a truly excellent GRC manufacturer should have.
