Do GRC Manufacturers Charge for Installation Services?

Whether installation services from a GRC manufacturer are charged depends on the cooperation model and service scope, and cannot be generalized. Generally speaking, pure product supply does not include installation services, while EPC or design-construction integrated projects usually include professional installation guidance services.

Under the pure product supply model, Qinglong's quotations are usually "ex-factory prices", covering product production, basic packaging, and loading and unloading at the factory, but excluding on-site installation services. Customers who need our installation team's services must pay an additional installation fee. Installation fees are typically calculated based on factors such as component complexity, installation height, and site conditions, and are priced per square meter or per labor day. For example, installing simple GRC moldings is relatively low in cost, while complex curved installations like those at the Wuhan Hanxiu Theater, which require dedicated scaffolding and special lifting equipment, involve correspondingly higher installation costs.

For design-construction integrated projects, Qinglong usually provides "turnkey" services, with installation costs already included in the total quotation. For projects such as the Hainan Poly Peninsula No. 1 GRC curtain wall project, we provide full-process services from design development and manufacturing to installation and construction, so installation costs are naturally included in the total contract price. Under this model, customers receive unified quality responsibility assurance, avoiding quality problems caused by poor coordination among multiple parties.
