During production, each component has a unique "ID number," and its status (pending production, in production, curing, awaiting shipment) can be checked in real time; any sign of potential delay is flagged with an early warning and addressed proactively.

A strong supply chain assurance is the foundation of stability. GRC production involves various raw materials such as cement, fibers, sand, and admixtures. Qinglong has established strategic partnerships and a safety stock system with major raw material suppliers, ensuring that a shortage of any single material will not cause a production halt. Qinglong assigns a dedicated project manager to each project, who regularly (usually weekly) reports production progress to clients, shares process photos, and previews the shipment time of the next batch.
