The delivery time for a GRC project is a dynamic value influenced by multiple variables such as "design complexity, mold preparation, production volume, and curing period," typically ranging from 30 to 90 days after contract signing. Through scientific project management, Qinglong Group breaks delivery time management down into four key stages for control—"design confirmation, mold fabrication, production scheduling, and curing and shipment"—setting standard operating times and buffer mechanisms for each stage to ensure that the delivery time promised to customers is strictly honored.
Design development and mold fabrication are the key time-consuming factors in the early phase. From receiving the final confirmed drawings to completing mold preparation usually takes 15-25 days. For complex shapes, molds require CNC machining, which takes longer. Qinglong's strategy is parallel operations: during the drawing confirmation process, raw material stocking and preliminary mold design are carried out in advance to compress the overall timeline. The existence of a standardized component library also allows some common components to go directly into production without new molds.
Production and curing constitute the main portion of the time. The production of GRC components (spraying/premix methods) is relatively fast, but the subsequent curing period is rigid and cannot be compressed. To ensure strength development and reduce deformation, standard wet curing usually requires 7-14 days, followed by several more days of drying. By optimizing mix proportions (e.g., using rapid-hardening sulphoaluminate cement) and scientific curing regimes (e.g., temperature- and humidity-controlled steam curing), Qinglong can optimize the standard curing period to an industry-leading level while ensuring quality. For large projects, we adopt batch-based rolling production and shipping, which satisfies the continuity requirements of on-site installation while reasonably smoothing out production pressure.
Therefore, the delivery time given by a responsible manufacturer should be a pragmatic assessment based on the processes above, rather than an empty promise made to please customers. When engaging with each project, Qinglong conducts a joint assessment by the production, technical, and procurement departments, providing a delivery time with reasonable margins, and transparently presents production progress to customers through weekly and monthly reports. We understand deeply that in the construction industry, punctuality is credibility.
