Curvature protection of double-curved GRC panels during transport is a specialized engineering task that requires solving four major challenges: "support positioning, vibration protection, loading/unloading safety, and stacking stability." Customized Profiled Transport Frames

Dedicated support frames are designed from 3D models for each type of curved panel, with support points set at the panel's center-of-gravity plane and in areas of greater rigidity. 20mm-thick sponge rubber is bonded to the contact surfaces between frame and panel to distribute pressure evenly. The Nanning New Media Center project used this type of frame, reducing the transport damage rate to 0.1%.

Multiple Anti-Vibration Measures

Transport vehicles are fitted with air suspension systems to reduce road impact. Shock-absorbing pads are placed between the frames and the cargo compartment to further filter high-frequency vibration. Vibration recorders are installed on key components for real-time monitoring of transport conditions. The Shenzhen Yirui project required vibration acceleration not to exceed 0.5g throughout transport.

Scientific Loading and Unloading Plan

Vacuum suction cups are used for hoisting, with cup positions determined by calculation to avoid excessive bending moments. Anti-tipping devices are installed to prevent panels from overturning during hoisting. Detailed loading and unloading sequence diagrams are drawn up to ensure standardized, orderly operations.

Intelligent Logistics Management

Each panel is equipped with an RFID tag to track its location and status throughout the journey. A transport route database is maintained to avoid severely bumpy road sections.
