The freeze-thaw resistance of GRC materials is an important indicator for evaluating their durability, and it is particularly critical for applications in cold regions. Based on the GB/T 50082 standard, Qinglong Group requires that high-quality GRC, after 300 freeze-thaw cycles, achieve a mass loss rate of ≤5% and a relative dynamic elastic modulus retention rate of ≥80%, far exceeding the requirements for ordinary concrete. Through scientific mix proportion design and strict production processes, GRC is ensured to remain stable in long-term use under severe cold conditions.
Freeze-thaw resistance testing adopts the rapid freezing method, with each cycle completed within 2-4 hours. Qinglong Group laboratory data shows that GRC achieves optimal frost resistance when the air content is controlled at 4%-6%. In a project in Inner Mongolia, Qinglong GRC withstood annual temperature variations from -30°C to 20°C, showing no signs of freeze damage after 3 years of use. Microstructural analysis shows that the optimized pore structure effectively buffers frost heave pressure and prevents internal damage.
Quality control is a key link. Each batch of products undergoes sampling tests to ensure that frost resistance meets standards. Through the synergistic effect of air-entraining agents and fibers, Qinglong Group has built a multi-layered protection system, providing reliable assurance for projects in severe cold regions.
