Production process control is the foundation. Mold flatness tolerance is ≤1mm/2m, and release agent is applied evenly. Qinglong Group uses laser scanning to inspect every panel, with the data recorded in quality files. Defective products are strictly prevented from leaving the factory, ensuring fundamental quality.

The installation process is precisely controlled. A laser level is used for setting out lines with a tolerance of ≤1mm. Adjustable devices are provided at the hanging points, allowing fine-tuning within ±5mm. Comprehensive inspection is carried out after installation, with timely adjustments made whenever problems are found. This whole-process control ensures the final result.

Regular maintenance preserves flatness. A comprehensive inspection is recommended once a year, using a 2m straightedge and feeler gauges for measurement. When deviation exceeds the standard, correction is carried out by adjusting the hanging points. A scientific maintenance regime keeps the curtain wall aesthetically pleasing over the long term.
