The fidelity of stone-look textured GRC decorative panels is a core indicator of their decorative effect, involving three dimensions: color matching, texture simulation, and tactile and visual authenticity. Based on 28 years of surface treatment experience, Qinglong Group has established a complete fidelity evaluation system to ensure that stone-look GRC achieves a decorative effect indistinguishable from real stone.

Color fidelity must meet the international standard of ΔE≤3.0. Qinglong Group uses a spectrophotometer to measure the color of natural stone samples and precisely controls mineral pigment ratios through a computerized color matching system. In the Dongting Lake Museum project, after 6 rounds of sample adjustments, the final sandstone-look effect achieved a color difference (ΔE) of only 2.1 from natural stone—virtually indistinguishable to the naked eye. Color durability is also taken into account: inorganic mineral pigments are used to ensure that color change does not exceed ΔE=5 within 20 years.

Texture simulation must reach over 95%. High-precision silicone molds are used to replicate natural stone textures, with minimum texture precision down to 0.1mm. In the Third-Front Construction Museum project in Panzhihua, Sichuan, Qinglong Group obtained three-dimensional data of natural rubble stone through 3D scanning technology and used CNC engraving to create master molds, perfectly reproducing the stone's natural fissures and crystal grain effects. Surface treatment involves multiple processes, including base color spraying, color spot spraying, and translucent color rendering, giving the texture a natural sense of depth and layering.

Tactile and visual authenticity is reflected through both touch and optical properties. Surface roughness is controlled within the range of Ra=3.2-6.3μm to simulate the feel of natural stone. In terms of optical properties, the natural luster of stone is reproduced by controlling surface gloss (10-25GU) and refractive index. The protective agent for stone-look finishes developed by Qinglong Group improves stain resistance while preserving the texture, making the product both beautiful and practical.
