Technical Preparation Before Installation

Precision instruments such as laser levels and total stations should be used to ensure setting-out accuracy. Substrate flatness deviation must be controlled within 4mm/2m, and uneven areas must be leveled. Technical briefings should explain installation key points and precautions in detail.

Key Control Points During Installation

During installation, panel joint width must be strictly controlled, generally within 8-12mm. Dedicated adjustment fittings are used for fine-tuning to ensure panel surface flatness. Joint treatment uses dedicated sealant to ensure waterproof performance. Quality inspection is carried out after each unit is completed to promptly correct deviations.

Installation Techniques for Special Areas

Internal and external corners are reinforced with dedicated corner brackets to ensure straight edges. Adjustable anchors are used at curved areas to achieve smooth transitions. Dedicated nodes are set at expansion joints to accommodate thermal deformation. These special techniques ensure a flawless overall effect.

Commissioning and Testing After Installation

After installation is completed, overall commissioning is carried out to check panel surface flatness and joint width uniformity. Water spray tests are conducted to verify waterproof performance. Infrared detectors are used to check for hollowing. Installation records are established to document key data.
