Pre-Installation Preparation Stage

Measurement and Layout Stage

Set installation datum lines with accuracy of ±1mm. Snap panel grid lines clearly and accurately. Recheck substrate dimensions and record deviation data. Layout lines must be verified and confirmed after completion.

Substrate Treatment Requirements

Substrate strength must meet standards, free of hollowing and cracking. Flatness deviation ≤4mm/2m. Waterproofing layer intact, free of leaks. Embedded parts accurately positioned, firm and reliable.

Panel Installation Techniques

Install panels in numbered sequence to prevent mix-ups. Fix hangers securely and adjust into position. Keep panel joints even and consistent in width. Inspect and correct promptly to ensure quality.
