Good news! Qinglong wins the bid for the Easyhome GRC project.

Recently, Qinglong Company successfully won the bid for the exterior wall GRC project of Easyhome Guangzhou Experience MALL, thanks to its high-quality products, strong technical support, professional detailed design, and reasonable pricing. This project is another large-scale benchmark GRC project for our company in recent years, following successful bids for Hainan Changying Global 100, Nanning New Media Center, Shenzhen Pingshan Convention and Exhibition Center, and Guangzhou Shidi Rose Garden, once again demonstrating Qinglong GRC's strong comprehensive capabilities.

Easyhome Guangzhou Experience Mall is Easyhome Group's first directly operated home furnishing and lifestyle experience mall in Guangdong Province, built with huge investment. It will be developed into a model flagship store in South China and become a distinctive home furnishing and lifestyle shopping plaza in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The Easyhome Guangzhou Experience Mall was designed by Italian architect Stefano Boeri, known as the "Father of Vertical Forests" and winner of the 2014 International High-Rise Building Award (IHP). It adopts mainstream art elements of black, white, and gray, and a minimalist style to highlight the sense of space. Its beautiful and original architectural style will become another landmark building in Guangzhou.

The GRC cladding panels used in the exterior walls of Easyhome Guangzhou Experience Mall are among the leading GRC panels in China. Their multi-point connection method differs significantly from the conventional four-point connection, making assembly far more difficult. Furthermore, the processing and installation precision of the GRC components far exceeds domestic and international technical specifications, representing the most stringent technical standards ever. This places immense pressure on the contractor in terms of production, transportation, hoisting, and installation. However, the Qinglong team, through rigorous calculations and repeated verification, ultimately provided the homeowner with a perfect and feasible solution, successfully winning the client's approval.

Easyhome also stated that Qinglong GRC components are of excellent quality, with professional detailed design and strong team management. After the Guangzhou Experience Mall flagship store, they will promote cooperation to other regions in Guangdong.
