Recently, the technical department of Guangdong Qinglong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. organized an internal process discussion meeting, focusing on the forming process of shaped GRC panels for concentrated exchange and review. This discussion centered on two key technical points in the production of complex-shaped components: forming precision and surface texture.
The participating technical staff reviewed process experience accumulated from past construction practice in various public building facade projects, analyzed and recorded optimization opportunities in mold making, fiber laying, curing processes and other stages one by one, and compiled a complete discussion record to be used for updating internal process operation reference materials.
Based on current trends toward diversified building facade design, the discussion compared the impact of different forming methods on the stability of finished GRC components and developed multiple sets of standardized process approaches adapted to different curved shapes, aiming to avoid common technical problems such as dimensional deviation and surface cracking that shaped components are prone to.
Following the discussion, the technical team will carry out sample trial production and verification step by step based on the content of this exchange, continuously refining the complete production process system for shaped GRC panels to better meet the diversified facade design needs of urban public buildings, cultural and tourism facilities, and other projects.
Guangdong Qinglong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997 and has been deeply engaged in the GRC materials field for 28 years, holding more than 50 national patents of various types and having participated in the drafting of national and industry standards on multiple occasions. Its GRC products have been widely applied in various public building projects such as convention and exhibition centers, cultural tourism scenic areas, and commercial complexes.
