In the early stage of a project, Qinglong builds a complete curtain wall BIM model for clash detection and installation simulation, identifying and resolving potential problems in advance. During installation, the BIM model is connected to the site via mobile terminals to guide the precise positioning of each component. In the Shenzhen Pingshan High-tech Zone Comprehensive Service Center project, the application of BIM technology reduced on-site modifications by 80% and improved installation efficiency. Meanwhile, the BIM model, as a digital asset, provides a foundation for subsequent operation and maintenance management.

3D scanning technology enables precise control of the installation process. Qinglong uses handheld 3D scanners to quickly measure the main structure and generate high-precision point cloud data. By comparing the point cloud data with the design model, structural deviations are accurately identified to guide the customized production of GRC panels. During installation, total stations are used for real-time positioning to ensure the coordinate accuracy of each attachment point. In the Hainan Poly Peninsula No. 1 project, this measurement and control approach successfully absorbed the construction tolerances of the main structure.

Digital management systems enhance the traceability of the installation process. Qinglong developed a dedicated project management platform that records information covering the entire process of each component's production, transportation, and installation. Data related to each component can be quickly retrieved through QR codes or RFID tags. Installation quality data is uploaded to the system in real time, making the entire process traceable. This digital management not only improves work efficiency but also facilitates the rapid identification and resolution of quality issues.
