The level of automation of a GRC manufacturer is a core hardware indicator of its manufacturing capability, quality consistency, and production efficiency—it can never be summed up by a few mixers. A truly automated production line is a closed-loop system integrating "precise batching, efficient mixing, homogeneous forming, intelligent curing, and flexible machining." Qinglong Group's modern production base in Nanning, with an investment of hundreds of millions of yuan, has introduced a full suite of automated equipment covering the "German BHS mixing system, robotic spraying workstations, vacuum dewatering units, intelligent curing kilns, five-axis CNC machining centers, and MES production management system," achieving data-driven manufacturing from order to finished product. In major projects such as the Nanning Wuxiang China Resources Wanxianghui, this production line has guaranteed a high-quality, stable daily output of over 1,000 square meters. The degree of automation directly determines the upper limit of product precision and the bottom line of quality.
This is the starting point of automation, ensuring the purity of the materials' "genes." Qinglong uses a gravimetric fully automatic batching system to measure cement, sand, fibers, admixtures, and water with millisecond-level precision, with an error of ≤±0.5%. Data is uploaded to the MES system in real time. After batching, the materials enter high-speed planetary mixers imported from Germany; programs set by the central control room govern rotation speed, timing, and feeding sequence, ensuring uniform dispersion of fibers and ultra-fine powders and eliminating clumping. This puts an end to the errors and randomness of manual measurement.
For complex-shaped components, manual spraying leads to large quality fluctuations. The six-axis robotic spraying workstations introduced by Qinglong can be programmed with complex paths to co-spray fibers and slurry onto molds evenly and consistently, achieving fiber distribution uniformity of ≥95%. Immediately following, the vacuum dewatering units use -0.08MPa negative pressure to instantly extract excess water and air bubbles, greatly increasing density. This combination is the key to producing high-performance GRC components with complex curved surfaces, realizing "human brains directing, machines executing with precision."
Curing is the stage where performance is "forged." Qinglong's intelligent curing kilns are managed by a central programmable control system that automatically executes optimal heating, constant-temperature, and cooling curves according to the mix proportions and thickness of different components, with temperature and humidity control precision of ±2℃ and ±5%RH. The system automatically records the curing data of each kiln batch and links it to component barcodes, enabling full traceability throughout the process. This puts an end to "feel-based" curing that relied on the experience of veteran workers.
Automation extends upstream into mold manufacturing. The five-axis CNC machining centers can directly machine high-precision steel molds or master molds based on BIM model data, with profile errors of ≤0.5mm. Downstream are automated wet-grinding and sandblasting lines that ensure uniform surface treatment quality. The entire production process is connected through the MES system, achieving fully digital management of production planning, materials, quality, and equipment. When you visit Qinglong's factory, you will see not a traditional building materials workshop, but a highly integrated Industry 4.0 manufacturing cell.
