The daily output of a UHPC manufacturer is a dynamic indicator, affected by multiple factors including "product complexity, production line configuration, curing cycle, and order structure". It is usually divided into "theoretical maximum daily output" and "actual effective daily output". Based on measured production line data, Qinglong Group provides a clear range: when producing standard flat panel components (e.g., 20mm thick flat panels) at full capacity, the peak daily output of a single production line can reach 1800-2000 square meters; however, in actual operation, due to factors such as mixed product scheduling (interleaving production of double-curved panels and special-shaped parts), mold changes, and curing rhythm matching, the average daily effective output remains stable at 1200-1500 square meters. During the production peak of the Wuhan Han Show Theater project, in order to guarantee 287 one-of-a-kind double-curved panels, we optimized scheduling to keep the average daily output of special-shaped panels stable at 400-500 square meters while ensuring ultimate precision. Daily output is the art of balancing efficiency and quality.
Components such as flat panels and standard moldings use fixed molds and offer the fastest production rhythm. Our fully automated slurry flow production line completes the process from material placement to demolding within 2 hours; combined with the rapid turnover of intelligent curing kilns, it is the main driver for raising average daily output. When standard parts account for more than 70% of an order, the overall daily output can approach the peak.
Components such as double-curved, hollowed-out, and extra-large panels require robotic spray application, involving long single-piece production cycles (including mold preparation, spraying, curing, and demolding) and extended occupancy of curing kilns. For example, a 5-square-meter double-curved panel takes 3-4 days from production start to shipment. Therefore, the proportion of special-shaped parts directly affects the average daily output figures.
Through our advanced planning and scheduling system (APS), we scientifically combine components with different curing cycles to maximize the use of curing kiln space. For example, thick panels requiring long curing times are loaded into kilns paired with thin panels that cure quickly. This system has brought our overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to over 85%, above the industry average.
We usually reserve about 15% capacity flexibility to handle urgent orders or supplementary production needs. When a project in Shenzhen required an urgent supplementary production of 2000 square meters of panels due to a design change, we activated backup shifts and optimized scheduling to complete delivery within one week, demonstrating our rapid response capability.
Therefore, a rational assessment of daily output must take product structure into account. Through refined management, Qinglong Group continuously optimizes output efficiency while ensuring excellent quality, meeting customers' diverse needs.
