Site and existing-condition data are captured through UAV oblique photography and 3D laser scanning, then integrated with BIM design models to achieve "what you see is what you get" precise design. Parametric tools are used not only for shaping, but also for optimizing component segmentation, calculating quantities, generating machining data, and driving CNC machine tools.

Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Enhances Quality and Efficiency

Our production lines have achieved automation from batching, mixing, and spraying/casting to curing and demolding. Robotic spraying replaces traditional manual work, improving fiber distribution uniformity by 30%, with a product strength coefficient of variation below 5%. The "vision-recognition intelligent panel repair robot" under development can automatically identify and polish minor defects on components.

Green Low-Carbon Technology Responds to Sustainable Development

We apply "high-volume industrial solid waste cementitious material technology" to raise the proportion of fly ash, slag, and other materials to over 40% while ensuring performance. We have developed "GRC panel recycling technology", crushing waste panels for partial reuse as aggregate. These technologies significantly reduce the carbon footprint of our products.
