The height-to-width ratio of the support frame must meet stability requirements, and guy wires should be set up when necessary. Scientific Arrangement of Support Point Positions and Quantities

Support points should be set at mechanically reasonable positions on the panel, usually near panel edges or reinforcing ribs, to avoid excessive bending moments in the panel. For large panels (area >4㎡), no fewer than 3 support points are required. The height of support points should be independently fine-adjustable to accommodate uneven substrates. We use threaded screw jacks to achieve precise elevation control.

Flexible Contact Between Supports and Components and Protection of Finished Products

All support parts in direct contact with GRC panels (such as screw jacks and clamps) must be wrapped with rubber pads or EVA foam to prevent hard-on-hard contact damage to panel edges or surface coatings. Extra care is required for panels with special finishes (such as polished or stone-imitation surfaces). The support system itself should be easy to install and remove, and the operation process should not damage components already in place.
