Implementing Scientific Cleaning Techniques to Maintain Aesthetics

GRC surface cleaning must follow the "weak to strong" principle. For ordinary loose dust, rinsing with a low-pressure water gun (water pressure ≤4MPa) is sufficient; for stubborn stains (such as rain streaks and oil stains), a neutral cleaning agent (pH 6-8) should be used with gentle scrubbing by a soft-bristle brush, and the use of strong acids or alkalis is strictly prohibited to avoid corroding the surface. In the Shenzhen Yirui Biotechnology Building project, Qinglong Group adopted a special biodegradable cleaning agent that effectively removed industrial-area air pollutants while protecting the stone-like textured coating on the GRC surface.

Implementing Graded Repair Strategies to Address Damage

Differentiated repair plans are adopted for different grades of damage. Micro-cracks (width <0.2mm) are treated with the surface sealing method, applying a special penetrating protective agent; active cracks (width 0.2-1.0mm) are repaired with the low-pressure grouting method, injecting epoxy resin adhesive; for localized damage, loose material must be chiseled away and repaired with polymer-modified mortar, restoring the surface texture and color. Conducting Preventive Maintenance to Extend Service Life

In coastal areas with high salt mist, we recommend shortening the recoating cycle of the protective agent to 3 years.
