Dimensional deviation control standards for UHPC components must be set in tiers according to component type and application location. Industry standards require length deviation ≤ ±3mm, flatness ≤ 3mm/2m, and diagonal difference ≤ 4mm. Length and Angle Deviation Control

Flatness and Curved Surface Precision

Flatness is inspected with a rotating laser level, with profile errors of double-curved panels ≤ ±1.5mm. Qinglong Group conducts spot checks with a coordinate measuring machine, achieving a 99% pass rate.

Tolerance Management and Quality Traceability

A digital twin model is established to compare production data in real time. Components exceeding deviation limits are prohibited from leaving the factory, ensuring project quality.
