The manufacturing process of UHPC exterior wall decorative lines covers five core steps: “digital design – precision molds – mixed casting – precise curing – surface treatment”. Precision control at each step directly determines the shape fidelity and durability of the lines. Drawing on 28 years of specialization in decorative lines, Qinglong Group—in projects such as the European moldings of the Wuhan Han Show Theater and the wave-shaped trim strips of the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center—achieved precise shapes, fine surfaces, and a service life of over 50 years through BIM parametric design (error ≤0.1mm), five-axis CNC mold machining (profile error ≤0.2mm), robotic directional spraying (fiber distribution uniformity ≥95%), intelligent steam curing (temperature control ±2℃), and CNC grinding and polishing (roughness Ra≤0.8μm).
Digital design is the starting point. We use Rhino+Grasshopper parametric modeling to automatically generate structurally sound segmentation schemes (length ≤2m to reduce joints) and optimize draft angles (≥3°). In the Nanning Liyuan Hotel project, algorithms decomposed complex relief carvings into standard modules, reducing the number of molds by 30%. Mold making demands extremely high standards: five-axis CNC-machined tooling board molds with edge sharpness error ≤0.1mm and a service life of ≥200 uses. For special textures, 3D-printed master molds are used, achieving a replication accuracy of 95%.
Precision control extends to the production stage. Forced mixing ensures fiber uniformity; robotic spraying aligns the fibers along the length of the lines, increasing flexural strength by 20%. Vacuum dewatering (-0.08MPa) removes air bubbles to ensure defect-free surfaces. The curing regime is critical: we use gradient heating (≤15℃/h) and a constant temperature of 60℃ for 20h to promote strength development. Surface treatment determines the aesthetics: CNC engraving machines carve textures with a lifelike stone-imitation effect. Through full-process control, Qinglong Group makes UHPC lines the finishing touch of architecture.
