The durability of UHPC products is a reflection of their core value. Premium products can achieve a service life of over 50 years under designed service conditions, far exceeding the 30-year benchmark of ordinary concrete. Through 28 years of materials research and project tracking, Qinglong Group has established a four-tier durability assurance system of "material optimization, process control, protection enhancement, and monitoring and maintenance." Our UHPC products feature a chloride ion diffusion coefficient ≤2.0×10⁻¹² m²/s and a frost resistance grade ≥F300, and have been verified over the long term in projects such as the Wuhan Han Show Theatre and the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, with an average annual performance degradation rate of no more than 0.5%.

Durability is rooted in the material itself. Qinglong UHPC uses low-alkali cement (alkali content ≤0.6%) and high-zirconium fibers (ZrO₂≥16%) to resist alkali-aggregate reaction at the source. By incorporating active admixtures such as silica fume, porosity is reduced to below 5%, blocking the intrusion of harmful media. Freeze-thaw resistance is verified through 300 cycles, with mass loss ≤5% and dynamic elastic modulus retention ≥90%, meeting the requirements for use in severe cold regions.

Process control enhances durability. Qinglong Group adopts vacuum dewatering technology to remove air bubbles and increase density, while a steam curing regime (constant temperature of 60-80℃ for 24h) promotes complete hydration. We have established an accelerated aging test platform that simulates a 50-year service environment to predict performance change patterns. In coastal projects, after 10 years of use, the products show no surface dusting and no fiber corrosion, and their durability has been verified in practice.

Protective measures extend service life. For projects in special environments, Qinglong Group provides surface coating treatments, such as fluorocarbon coatings with UV resistance ≥3000h and silane impregnation to enhance impermeability. We recommend regular maintenance, with a comprehensive inspection every 5 years and prompt treatment of minor damage.
