Which Performance Indicators Must Be Tested Before UHPC Components Leave the Factory?

Performance testing of UHPC components before leaving the factory is the final gate of quality control, requiring a four-dimensional evaluation of mechanical properties, durability, dimensional tolerance, and appearance quality to ensure product conformity. Based on 28 years of quality control experience, Qinglong Group believes that factory testing of high-quality UHPC components should cover more than 20 indicators, including compressive strength (≥120MPa), flexural strength (≥15MPa), chloride ion diffusion coefficient (≤2.0×10⁻¹²m²/s), and dimensional tolerance (±2mm). Through rigorous testing, the first-pass product acceptance rate has been raised to 99.5%, providing reliable assurance for projects.

Mechanical properties are the core. The compressive strength specimen is a 100mm cube, loaded at a rate of 1.2MPa/s on the compression testing machine, with a strength coefficient of variation ≤5%. Qinglong Group samples one set for every 100 cubic meters of UHPC, with data entered into the system in real time. Flexural strength is tested using the three-point bending method with a span-to-depth ratio of 3:1 and a deflection measurement accuracy of 0.01mm. Durability testing includes frost resistance (mass loss ≤5% after 300 freeze-thaw cycles) and water impermeability (impermeability grade ≥P12) to ensure long-term performance.

Dimensional tolerance affects installation. Length and width tolerances are ±2mm, and flatness is ≤3mm/2m. Qinglong Group applies 100% laser scanning inspection, and non-conforming products are reworked. For appearance quality, there must be no cracks or air bubbles, with a color difference ΔE≤3.0. Through these tests, UHPC quality remains fully controllable.
