The wind load resistance design of super-high double-curved GRC panels requires comprehensive consideration of wind pressure calculation, panel strength, and connection systems. Based on wind tunnel tests and actual project data, Qinglong Group believes that high-quality double-curved GRC panels should withstand wind pressure occurring once in a century, with a safety factor of 2.5, ensuring safety through three measures: material reinforcement, structural optimization, and connection strengthening.
Accurate wind load calculation is the foundation. The shape coefficient is obtained through wind tunnel tests, and design values are determined in combination with local basic wind pressure. In Qinglong Group's coastal projects, the wind pressure value is no less than 1.0kN/㎡, with critical areas increased by 20%. Dynamic wind vibration effects are simulated through finite element analysis to avoid resonance failure.
Panel strength reinforcement is key. Fiber content is increased to 3%, achieving flexural strength ≥18MPa. Stiffening ribs are rationally arranged with spacing ≤300mm. In super-high projects, Qinglong Group keeps panels intact under typhoon conditions by optimizing the mix ratio and process.
The connection system ensures overall integrity. Hanging points are densely arranged with spacing ≤600mm. Fatigue-resistant design is carried out, tested through 2 million cycles. Through these measures, super-high double-curved GRC panels remain safe and reliable under extreme wind conditions.
