Performance testing of UHPC components before leaving the factory is the final checkpoint of quality assurance, requiring a comprehensive testing system. Based on industry standards and 28 years of experience, Qinglong Group has established testing standards covering 15 indicators in four major categories—mechanical properties, durability, dimensional tolerance, and appearance quality—ensuring a pass rate of over 99% for every batch of products.

Mechanical properties are the core testing items. Compressive strength (≥100MPa) and flexural strength (≥15MPa) are tested using standard specimens, with one group per 100m³ or per shift. Qinglong Group is equipped with 2000kN compression testing machines at its Nanning production base, with a testing accuracy of ±1%. Elastic modulus (≥40GPa) and fracture energy (≥20000J/m²) are tested by sampling to ensure material toughness. In the Shenzhen project, the coefficient of variation of mechanical properties was controlled within 5%.

Durability testing predicts service life. Chloride ion diffusion coefficient (≤2.0×10⁻¹²m²/s) is tested using the RCM method, and freeze-thaw cycle testing (mass loss ≤5% after 300 cycles) is conducted as an accelerated test. Qinglong Group performs carbonation depth testing on every batch, with annual carbonation depth ≤0.1mm. The impermeability grade reaches P12 or above, ensuring durability in harsh environments.

Dimensional tolerance and appearance quality directly affect installation results. Panel dimensional tolerance is ≤±2mm, and flatness is ≤3mm/2m. Appearance inspection ensures no defects such as color variation, air bubbles, or cracks. Qinglong Group uses 3D scanners for 100% inspection, with efficiency 10 times higher than manual inspection.
