Selection Standards for Protective Materials

PE protective film thickness ≥0.12mm with moderate adhesion; corner guard materials with impact resistance ≥10kJ/m²; cleaning agents with pH 6-8. Compatibility testing is required before materials enter the site.

Protection Measures for Different Areas

Specialized corner guards are added to external corners; relief areas are wrapped with sponge; masking tape is applied to joints for protection. Protection plans are customized according to component characteristics.

Standardized Removal Procedures

Removal is done at an angle ≤45° with even, steady peeling; residual adhesive marks are treated with a dedicated remover; a comprehensive inspection is conducted after removal. A removal work instruction document is established.
