GRC installation requires professional tools and equipment. According to installation process requirements, four major categories of tools are typically needed: measurement, cutting, fixing, and inspection. Based on 28 years of installation experience, Qinglong GRC has established a comprehensive tool configuration standard.

In the Wuhan Hanxiu Theater project, the installation team was fully equipped with professional tools: a Leica total station was used for measurement, with layout precision of ±1mm; German-imported stone cutting machines were used for cutting, producing smooth cuts free of chipped edges; dedicated hydraulic lifting platforms were used for fixing, safe and efficient; and electronic levels were used for inspection, with precise flatness control. This professional tool configuration ensured the installation quality of the project, with installation errors of tens of thousands of special-shaped GRC panels all controlled within the allowable range.

Measurement and Positioning Tools

Total stations are used for benchmark point surveying, with an accuracy requirement of ±1″. Laser line projectors are used for wall marking to ensure accurate positioning. Digital levels check flatness with an accuracy of 0.1°. These tools guarantee installation precision.

Cutting and Trimming Tools

Stone cutting machines are used for panel cutting, equipped with dedicated cutting blades. Angle grinders handle edges and corners and must be fitted with dust removal devices. Electric drills make openings using carbide drill bits. Tool performance directly affects installation quality.

Installation and Fixing Tools

Electric torque wrenches control bolt tightening force with an accuracy of ±3%. Hydraulic lifting platforms ensure safety for work at heights. Vacuum suction cups hoist large panels safely and reliably. Specialized tools improve installation efficiency.

Inspection and Acceptance Tools

Feeler gauges check panel joint width with an accuracy of 0.1mm. Straightedges detect flatness, 2m in length. Infrared rangefinders verify dimensions. These tools ensure acceptance standards are met.
