Key Control Points During Installation

During installation, panel joint width must be strictly controlled, generally at 8-12mm. Dedicated adjustment fittings are used for fine-tuning to ensure panel surface flatness. Joints are treated with dedicated sealant to ensure waterproof performance. A quality check is carried out as soon as each unit is completed, so that deviations can be corrected promptly.

Installation Techniques for Special Areas

Internal and external corners are reinforced with dedicated corner brackets to ensure straight edges. Curved areas use adjustable brackets to achieve smooth transitions. Expansion joints are fitted with dedicated nodes to accommodate thermal movement. These special techniques ensure a perfect overall result.

Post-Installation Commissioning and Inspection

After installation, overall commissioning is carried out to check panel surface flatness and joint width uniformity. Water spray tests are conducted to verify waterproof performance. Infrared detectors are used to check for hollowing. Installation records are established to document key data.
