The raw material system of GRC determines its basic properties. High-quality GRC uses low-alkali cement, alkali-resistant glass fiber, selected aggregates, and functional additives. Through 28 years of materials research, Qinglong GRC has established a comprehensive raw material quality control system.
In the Wuhan Hanxiu Theater project, the special raw materials used by Qinglong GRC ensured the final result: Grade 52.5 low-alkali cement (alkali content ≤0.6%) prevents alkali-aggregate reaction; zirconia-type alkali-resistant glass fiber (ZrO₂ content ≥16%) guarantees long-term durability; quartz sand with a particle size of 0.1-0.3mm provides optimal gradation; polycarboxylate superplasticizer (water reduction rate ≥30%) improves workability. This precise mix proportion gives the product a flexural strength of 23MPa and a softening coefficient ≥0.8, far exceeding national standard requirements. After 8 years of use, the project has maintained a performance retention rate of over 95%, verifying the importance of raw materials.
Low-alkali sulphoaluminate cement, alkali content ≤0.6%. Grade I fly ash, water demand ratio ≤95%. Silica fume, SiO₂ content ≥92%. These materials ensure durability.
Alkali-resistant glass fiber, ZrO₂ content ≥16%. Fiber length 12-38mm, aspect ratio 50-80. Surface sizing treatment improves bond strength. These fibers provide toughness.
Quartz sand, SiO₂ content ≥98%, mud content ≤0.3%. Maximum particle size ≤0.6mm, fineness modulus 1.8-2.2. Continuous gradation, dense packing. These aggregates affect strength.
Polycarboxylate superplasticizer, water reduction rate ≥30%. Cellulose ether, water retention rate ≥95%. Redispersible latex powder, improves bond strength. These additives improve performance.
Raw material quality is the fundamental guarantee. Qinglong GRC has established strict supplier audit and incoming inspection systems.
