Technical Preparation Before Installation

Before installation, technical preparation work such as surveying and setting out, and substrate treatment must be completed. Precision instruments such as laser levels and total stations should be used to ensure setting-out accuracy. Substrate flatness deviation must be controlled within 4mm/2m, and uneven areas need leveling treatment. Technical briefings should explain installation key points and precautions in detail.

Key Control Points During Installation

During installation, panel joint width must be strictly controlled, generally within 8-12mm. Specialized adjustment components are used for fine-tuning to ensure panel surface flatness. Joint treatment uses specialized sealant to ensure waterproof performance. Quality inspections are conducted upon completion of each unit, with deviations corrected promptly.

Installation Techniques for Special Areas

Internal and external corners are reinforced with specialized angle brackets to ensure straight edges. Adjustable hangers are used for curved areas to achieve smooth transitions. Specialized joints are provided at expansion joints to accommodate thermal deformation requirements. These special techniques ensure a flawless overall effect.

Post-Installation Commissioning and Inspection

After installation is complete, overall commissioning is carried out to check panel surface flatness and joint width uniformity. Water spray tests are conducted to verify waterproof performance.
