The delivery time for GRC products must be determined comprehensively based on factors such as project scale, product complexity, and production load. Typically, standard products have a delivery time of 15-20 days, custom products 25-30 days, and complex specially-shaped products may require 35-45 days. Through lean production management, Qinglong GRC has maintained an on-time delivery rate above 98.5% for five consecutive years.
In a super high-rise project in Qianhai, Shenzhen, facing an urgent order for 28,000 square meters of GRC curtain wall, Qinglong adopted “concurrent engineering” management, carrying out design, mold making, and production preparation simultaneously, completing all production tasks in 45 days—15 days shorter than the industry average delivery time. The MES system used in the project enabled precise production scheduling, breaking the production process down into 285 control nodes, with real-time monitoring ensuring seamless coordination of every stage. Notably, in the Wuhan Han Show Theater project, facing the production of complex double-curved GRC panels, the team used flexible production scheduling and completed delivery 3 days ahead of schedule while ensuring the artistic effect.
Flat panel products have a delivery time of 15-18 days, and linear products 12-15 days. Standardized production processes ensure stable delivery times. Safety stock is maintained to meet urgent order needs.
Specially-shaped panels have a delivery time of 25-30 days, and complex shaped products 35-45 days. Mold making takes up part of the time, and special processes require more working time. Overall cycles are optimized through concurrent engineering.
For extra-large projects, phased delivery is adopted. Production plans are scheduled according to construction progress to meet on-site needs. This strategy eases financial and warehousing pressure.
A capacity reservation mechanism has been established, allowing up to 15% of capacity for rush orders. Through optimized production scheduling, rush order delivery times can be shortened by 30%. However, the impact on the overall plan must be assessed.
Delivery times require scientific management. It is recommended to communicate fully with the manufacturer in the early stage of the project to develop a reasonable production plan. With its well-established production management system, Qinglong GRC ensures delivery times remain under control.
