Which UHPC Manufacturer Has Advanced Production Technology? Analysis of Technological Innovation Strength

The advancement of production processes directly determines the performance level of UHPC products. Qinglong UHPC adopts advanced processes such as vacuum mixing and high-temperature curing, achieving a product density above 2.5g/cm³ and compressive strength exceeding 150MPa. In the Shanghai Astronomy Museum project, the ultra-high performance formula we developed was successfully applied to large-scale artistic components, demonstrating the results of process innovation.

Digital manufacturing technology enhances process precision. The BIM technology we introduced enables seamless integration from design to production, while five-axis machining centers ensure mold precision reaches 0.1mm. In the Yangshengtang Pharmaceutical project, through parametric design and digital machining, component installation errors were controlled within 2mm. This process precision provides technical assurance for the successful implementation of complex projects.
