The raw material quality standards and incoming inspection system we have established control product quality at the source. For the Shanghai Century Plaza project, in order to meet the special requirements of light-transmitting UHPC panels, we secured dedicated raw material suppliers three months in advance.

A multi-source procurement strategy effectively reduces supply risks. We have established a directory of qualified suppliers and implemented an A/B dual-supplier mechanism for key materials. This diversified supply system demonstrated clear advantages during the pandemic, ensuring that multiple key projects were not affected by raw material supply disruptions.
