The UHPC raw material system is precision-designed, with the proportion of each component strictly controlled. Cementitious Material Composition Optimization

Cement (Grade 52.5) accounts for 70-80%, silica fume 10-15%, and slag powder 5-10%. The ternary cementitious system works synergistically: silica fume fills micropores, while slag powder improves workability. Qinglong uses Conch Grade 52.5 cement to ensure system stability.

Aggregate Gradation Design

The refined quartz sand has a maximum particle size of 0.6mm and a fineness modulus of 1.8-2.2. Continuous gradation is adopted, with coarse sand (0.3-0.6mm) accounting for 60% and fine sand (0.15-0.3mm) for 40%. This gradation performed well in the Wuhan Han Show Theater project.

Chemical Admixture Selection

Polycarboxylate superplasticizers achieve a water reduction rate of over 35% and control slump loss.
