At the 2023 GRC/UHPC Annual Meeting, Qinglong won four honors!

From November 22nd to 24th, the 2023 GRC/UHPC Annual Meeting, jointly organized by the GRC Branch of the China Concrete and Cement Products Association and the UHPC Industry Development Committee of the China Bulk Cement Promotion and Development Association, was held in Anqing, Anhui Province!

Made outstanding contributions to the formulation of the industry standard "Ultra-High Performance Concrete (HUPC) Exterior Wall Panels T/CBMF171-2022 T/CCPA30-2022".

Make outstanding contributions to the formulation of the industry standard JC/T940-2022 "Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GRC) Decorative Products".

The conference, themed "Technological Progress and Quality Improvement," showcased achievements and exchanged ideas on the development direction of new GRC/UHPC standards, technologies, materials, and equipment. Song Dunqing, Chairman of Qinglong, was invited to give a presentation.

Chairman Song started by discussing the development trends of the GRC/UHPC market in recent years, addressing industry pain points, addressing the needs of owners and businesses, and explaining Qinglong Company's market exploration and efforts from multiple perspectives. He also shared highlights and experiences from Qinglong's two benchmark projects: the Nanjing Century Plaza UHPC project and the Dongguan Women and Children's Activity GRC project, focusing on the design refinement, manufacturing, and installation processes. This allowed everyone to gain a deeper understanding of market development and customer needs, and to learn more about Qinglong.

I. Translucent Concrete Project for the Renovation of Nanjing Century Square

The project's innovative highlights lie in the light transmission distribution and the rhythmic, artistic shimmering effect of the UHPC wood-look translucent panels, employing a large-scale component design that mimics the texture of trees. The exterior walls utilize UHPC wood-look translucent panels as the curtain wall component material, supported by a galvanized steel frame. The largest panel size is 3245*3530 mm, with a single panel area reaching 12 square meters and a weight exceeding 700 kg. The UHPC components are cast in a uniform color, possessing artistic light-transmitting properties.

II. Dongguan Women and Children's Activity Center (New Location)

The theater's exterior facade was transformed from a glass curtain wall to a combination of GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) and glass curtain walls, resulting in a unique and aesthetically pleasing design. The gradient glass and white GRC curtain wall harmonize perfectly, making it a visually striking project in the area. The design draws inspiration from "Guancao," a Dongguan intangible cultural heritage, utilizing the exceptional plasticity of GRC material to create a woven-like surface, forming a new "outer garment" for the theater. This, combined with rhythmic, gradient window openings, evokes a playful energy and vitality, while also expressing feminine softness and gentleness.
