GRC exterior wall decoration is taking shape.
Nanhu Mingdu Plaza is a complex integrating residential, commercial, office, hotel, and apartment buildings, with a total construction area of approximately 310,000 square meters. Targeting the high-end market, it aims to be the premier luxury residential project in Guangxi. Qinglong Materials' involvement in this project marks another flagship project for the company in the high-end GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) market.

With increasingly stringent national requirements for the safety, environmental protection, and energy conservation of building materials, traditional exterior wall building materials will decline, while the annual demand for new building materials will reach at least several million tons. Qinglong GRC products and decorative concrete will thus gain new development opportunities. At the beginning of 2012, Qinglong Company won several major GRC decoration projects, and production could not meet demand. Founded in 2004, Qinglong Art Products Co., Ltd. aims to become a leading professional brand in the GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) cement component industry. Since 2006, it has collaborated with Agile Group, and in recent years has partnered with real estate giants such as Xinghewan, Erdos, Yongyi Group, Tianying Group, and Daxin Real Estate, with projects spanning across the country. In 2011, it invested in building GRC production bases in Nanning and Chengdu. Qinglong Group has experienced rapid growth in recent years, demonstrating not only impressive performance in waterproofing, insulation, and reinforcement, but also strong competitiveness in the GRC component field.
