Enterprise Advances Green Production Process Upgrade for GRC Panels

Recently, the company's production technology team carried out a green upgrade adjustment across the entire production process of GRC panels, conducting on-site optimization and debugging around two key directions: raw material recycling and production energy consumption control.

Staff reviewed the workflow of each process on the existing production line, examining stages such as raw material feeding, forming and curing, and waste recycling one by one, recording data on energy consumption and raw material loss at each stage, and formulated multiple optimization and adjustment plans in accordance with relevant industry standards for green building materials.

By adjusting the raw material ratio and recycling mechanism, the team reprocesses qualified offcuts generated during production and reintroduces them into sample production, reducing solid waste output; at the same time, the temperature control circulation system of the curing workshop was optimized to lower energy consumption during long-term production.

In line with the low-carbon development trend of the architectural decoration industry, the practical solutions obtained from this process optimization will be incorporated into the company's standardized production manual, and will subsequently be gradually implemented in the mass production processes of GRC panels, continuously promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of building material production.

Technical personnel stated that they will continue to track the operational data of the upgraded production line, continuously fine-tune the process based on actual production conditions, and steadily improve the supporting green production system.
