Company Completes Process Optimization Discussion on Complex-Shaped GRC Panels

Recently, the company's technical department organized an internal process seminar on the forming technology of special-shaped GRC panels, focusing discussions on two key points in the production of complex-shaped components: forming precision and surface texture.

The attending technical staff reviewed process experience accumulated from past construction practices on various public building facade projects, analyzed and recorded optimization opportunities in mold making, fiber laying, curing procedures, and other steps one by one, and compiled a complete seminar record for updating internal process operation reference materials.

Based on current trends toward diversified building facade design, this seminar compared the impact of different forming methods on the stability of finished GRC components, organized multiple sets of standardized process approaches suited to different curved shapes, and addressed common technical issues that special-shaped components are prone to, such as dimensional deviation and surface cracking.

Following the seminar, the technical team will carry out sample trial production verification in stages based on the discussion content, continuously refine the complete production process system for special-shaped GRC panels, better meet the diversified facade design needs of urban public buildings, cultural and tourism facilities, and other projects, and support the standardized development of processes in the building facade decoration industry.
