A clear, complete GRC manufacturer quotation with no hidden terms is the commercial foundation for building mutual trust and ensuring smooth project execution. Qinglong Group's quotation system follows modular and transparent principles, typically breaking down the total price into major components such as "product manufacturing fees, mold fees, detailed design fees, transportation and logistics fees, on-site service fees, and other special charges," so that customers can clearly understand the value corresponding to each expense and make informed decisions.
Product manufacturing fees are the core of the quotation. This cost corresponds to the materials, production, and basic curing costs of the GRC components themselves. The quotation will specify product specifications (such as thickness and strength grade), estimated area or quantity, and unit price. Qinglong will note here the brands of the main raw materials used and the quality standards applied (such as the corporate standard Q/QL). This is the direct consideration paid for the physical GRC products.
Mold development and usage fees are the most critical variable cost in customized projects. For non-standard custom components, mold fees must be listed as a separate item. The quotation must specify the mold material (such as GRP molds or steel molds), the estimated service life or number of production runs, and state whether the fee is a "one-time buyout" or "amortized into the unit price based on production volume." For reusable standardized components, mold costs are usually already amortized into the product unit price. One important task of Qinglong's detailed design team is, through design optimization and while meeting the required architectural effect, to maximize the standardization of components as much as possible and reduce the number of special molds, thereby saving this core cost for customers.
Technical service and logistics support fees are indispensable components for ensuring project success. These mainly include: 1) Detailed design fees: intellectual service fees for converting architectural design drawings into production-ready construction drawings, performing structural calculations, precisely positioning embedded parts, and related work. 2) Transportation fees: it must be clarified whether the price is "ex-works" or "delivered to site," and the packaging method (such as vertical racks or wooden crates) must be agreed upon. 3) On-site technical service fees: such as the cost of dispatching engineers for technical briefings and installation guidance, which may be billed by man-day or as a lump sum. In addition, there may also be fees for special lifting equipment/installation auxiliary materials, spare repair materials on site, taxes, etc. Qinglong recommends that customers verify the necessity and reasonableness of each item when reviewing the quotation, promptly request clarification for any unclear items, and ensure that the final signed quotation is a "closed," complete quotation with clear rights and responsibilities.
