Surfaces with high-performance coatings such as fluorocarbon are even easier to clean. It is important to keep cleaning records to avoid surface damage from improper cleaning agents.

Localized preventive repair. If sealant aging or failure is found during inspection, professionals should promptly remove the old sealant and reapply qualified weather-resistant sealant, which is key to ensuring the water tightness and air tightness of the curtain wall.
