A clear and complete GRC manufacturer quotation is the foundation of cooperation between both parties, and it should clearly define the scope of costs to avoid later disputes. Qinglong Group's quotation system typically follows modular and transparent principles, breaking down the total price into major parts such as “product manufacturing fee, mold fee, detailed design fee, transportation fee, on-site service fee, and others,” making it easy for customers to understand and make decisions.
The core component is the product manufacturing fee. This cost is based on the materials, production, and basic in-plant curing of the GRC components themselves. The quotation will clearly state the product specifications (such as thickness and strength grade), the estimated area or quantity, and the unit price. Qinglong will note here the brand and grade of the main raw materials used (such as cement grade and fiber type) as well as the quality standards applied. This is the main body of the quotation.
Mold development and usage fees are a key variable. For customized components, the mold fee is usually listed separately. The quotation should specify the mold material (such as GRP mold, wooden mold, or steel mold), the expected service life or number of production runs, and whether the fee is a “one-time buyout” or “amortized by output.” For reusable standardized components, the mold cost may already be amortized into the product unit price. Qinglong's detailed design team works to reduce the number of non-standard molds through design optimization, saving costs for customers.
Technical service and logistics fees are important components. These include: 1) Detailed design fee: the cost of converting architectural drawings into production-ready shop drawings, performing structural calculations, locating embedded parts, and other work. 2) Transportation fee: logistics costs from the factory to the project site, where it should be specified whether the price is “ex-factory” or “delivered to site,” as well as the packaging method. 3) On-site technical service fee: such as the cost of dispatching engineers for technical briefings and installation guidance, which may be charged on a lump-sum basis or per labor day. In addition, fees for special lifting fixtures/installation auxiliary materials, on-site repair materials, taxes, and other items may also be included. Qinglong recommends that customers verify the necessity and reasonableness of each item when reviewing a quotation to ensure there are no hidden fees.
