The daily output of a UHPC manufacturer is a dynamic variable, significantly influenced by multiple factors such as product type, complexity, and curing regime. Based on large-scale production practice, Qinglong Group's daily output of standard UHPC flat panels can reach 150-200 square meters; however, for complex-shaped special components or double-curved panels, daily output decreases accordingly due to more elaborate mold preparation and production processes. Understanding the factors affecting daily output helps clients develop more reasonable project schedules.
Daily output is first and foremost closely related to the degree of standardization and the geometry of the products themselves. For highly standardized flat panels, molds can be reused and the production line can be adjusted to a rapid assembly-line mode, achieving the highest efficiency. In contrast, for products such as the light-transmitting UHPC wood-grain panels used in the Shanghai Century Square renovation project, each panel requires manual insertion of thousands of light-guide rods. For such highly customized, artistic products, daily output is naturally constrained by manual operations and is far lower than that of standard panels.
Production processes and curing cycles are rigid constraints on daily output. The outstanding performance of UHPC derives from its low water-binder ratio and dense structure, which means it requires a standard curing period to develop strength. Qinglong adopts a scientific temperature- and humidity-controlled curing regime, optimizing the curing curve to shorten, as much as possible, the resting and curing time before demolding while ensuring product performance. However, pursuing unreasonable "speed" may come at the cost of the product's long-term durability. Therefore, an output estimate given by a responsible manufacturer is inevitably based on guaranteed quality.
The key to increasing daily output lies in the scientific organization of production and the capability for parallel operations. Qinglong uses an ERP system for refined production scheduling of orders, coordinating the management of mold preparation, raw material supply, production line task arrangement, and more. For large projects, we adopt a batch-by-batch rolling production approach, so that mold fabrication, component production, curing, and factory shipment form a smooth assembly line, thereby raising average daily output overall to meet the project's overall schedule requirements. When making an inquiry, clients providing product specifications and technical requirements in as much detail as possible will help the manufacturer give more accurate estimates of output and delivery time.
