The advancement of UHPC production technology is the "alchemy" that transforms its theoretical high performance into real-world high quality, directly determining the product's density, strength, durability, and surface quality. The core of advanced processes lies in "precision, uniformity, controllability, and efficiency." Over 28 years of development, Qinglong Group has continuously introduced and independently developed advanced production equipment and processes, forming a complete advanced process chain covering "digital batching, high-efficiency homogenized mixing, vacuum vibration densification, and intelligent temperature-controlled curing," ensuring that every UHPC component meets design performance standards.
The advancement of production processes is reflected in multiple key stages. In the mixing process, Qinglong uses twin-shaft forced mixers, combined with precise feeding sequences and time control, to ensure that micro steel fibers are uniformly dispersed in the ultra-high viscosity slurry without clumping. In the forming process, we select the flow-cast method or the spraying method based on component characteristics, combined with vacuum dewatering technology to effectively remove air bubbles, allowing the material to achieve a density approaching theoretical limits. In the curing process, Qinglong's standardized steam curing kilns use PLC automatic control systems to precisely execute the "heating–constant temperature–cooling" curve, a key step in activating UHPC's reactivity and developing its ultra-high strength, with temperature control accuracy of up to ±1°C.
In addition, mold technology is also an important component of advanced processes. Qinglong uses five-axis CNC machining centers to produce high-precision molds, ensuring the accurate realization of complex shapes. Automated and digitalized production processes not only improve the stability of product quality, but also increase production efficiency and reduce fluctuations caused by human factors. The most direct way to assess whether a manufacturer's processes are advanced is to visit its production base in person to observe the level of equipment automation, the standardization of the production environment, and the rigor of process control. Qinglong welcomes customers to visit its Nanning production base and witness firsthand the birth of high-quality UHPC.
