This scientific curing regime enables GRC to reach more than 70% of its 28-day strength within just 3 days.

Humidity control is equally crucial. When curing humidity falls below 90%, premature water loss from the paste can halt hydration and result in insufficient strength development; excessively high humidity may cause surface water accumulation, affecting appearance quality. Qinglong's curing kilns employ coordinated control of spray humidification and dehumidification systems to ensure humidity is always maintained within the ideal range of 95% ±5%. In projects in Hainan's hot and humid regions, this precise humidity control effectively prevented surface efflorescence.

The differentiated design of curing regimes reflects a manufacturer's technical strength. For GRC products with different panel thicknesses and mix proportions, Qinglong has developed customized curing curves. Thin panels are cured at lower temperatures for shorter periods to avoid excessive shrinkage, while thick panels have the constant temperature period appropriately extended to ensure thorough internal hydration.
