Product Costs Are Core, but Technical Standards Must Be Specified

The quotation must specify the technical standards the products comply with (e.g., flexural strength ≥12MPa), raw material requirements (e.g., cement type, fiber standards), and surface treatment processes (e.g., stone imitation finish, fluorocarbon spraying). Qinglong Group attaches material data sheets (MDS) and typical test reports, allowing customers to pay for "performance" rather than a vague "product".

Calculation of Mold Costs and Ownership Agreements

For customized components, mold costs are a key item. We clearly specify the mold material (resin mold/steel mold), estimated service life, and whether the cost can be amortized. We also agree on mold intellectual property ownership (usually belonging to the customer) and subsequent production rights to avoid disputes.

Design Service Fees Reflect the Value of Intellectual Work

BIM model creation, component breakdown, node detail design, load calculation, and other tasks are important technical work. Qinglong Group's design fees are calculated based on workload (person/days) or a percentage of the total project price. We provide phased design deliverables; after customer confirmation, the project proceeds to the next phase, keeping costs clear and controllable.

Transportation, Insurance, and Miscellaneous Fees Must Be Clearly Defined

Clarify whether the quotation includes freight, and whether delivery is to the construction site or a designated warehouse; whether transportation insurance is included; packaging methods and costs. We usually quote "freight and insurance" and explain the surcharge standards for oversized items or special destinations. Taxes (VAT) are listed separately.
