The product testing standards of GRC manufacturers mainly comprise four levels: "international standards, national standards, industry standards, and enterprise internal control standards," with core indicators covering four major categories: "dimensional deviation, mechanical properties, physical properties, and durability." Flexural strength and impact strength are mandatory test items. Qinglong specimens tested on a universal testing machine show flexural strength stable at 15-18MPa. Drop ball impact tests verify toughness, ensuring safe use.

Physical Properties Affect Performance in Use

Water absorption reflects density, and Qinglong controls it below 8%. Frost resistance (e.g., F100), heat resistance, drying shrinkage rate, and other properties must also meet standards. We enhance overall performance through mix ratio optimization.

Durability Determines Service Life

Alkali resistance, carbonation resistance, and chloride ion penetration coefficient are key factors. Qinglong GRC uses alkali-resistant fibers (ZrO₂≥16%); accelerated aging tests predict a service life exceeding 50 years. Testing reports are the basis for customer confidence.
