The claim of "highest strength" for UHPC products is a concept that requires clear definition, typically referring to "compressive strength." Products from leading domestic UHPC manufacturers generally achieve compressive strength above 120MPa, while top manufacturers can reach 150MPa or higher with laboratory-standard mix proportions. Through 28 years of materials research and mix optimization, Qinglong Group has set its internal control standard for UHPC compressive strength at ≥150MPa, and through stringent production process control, ensures that factory products maintain strength stably at this high level, with a coefficient of variation ≤5%. In spot inspections for the roofing project of the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, the measured average compressive strength of our UHPC panel core samples reached 165MPa. The pursuit of ultimate strength is intended to give buildings greater safety redundancy and design freedom.
Ultra-high strength is rooted in maximum density packing theory and fiber reinforcement technology. Qinglong UHPC uses a low water-binder ratio (0.18-0.22), a multi-component composite cementitious system (cement + silica fume + mineral powder), and well-graded fine aggregates to achieve the tightest particle arrangement at the micro level. Meanwhile, 2-3% copper-plated steel fibers are added to form a three-dimensional randomly oriented reinforcement network that effectively transfers loads and suppresses microcrack propagation. Each of our mix proportions has been optimized through hundreds of trials to ensure the optimal balance of strength, workability, and durability.
Even the best formulation requires precise craftsmanship to be "activated." We use a fully automated batching system (accuracy ±0.5%) to ensure consistent proportions in every batch; planetary mixers guarantee uniform fiber dispersion; robotic spraying or high-pressure casting fully compacts the slurry; and intelligently controlled steam curing kilns (temperature difference ≤2℃) provide the optimal temperature and humidity environment for strength development. Any fluctuation in each process step is strictly monitored and corrected.
"Highest strength" cannot be self-proclaimed; it must withstand verification by authoritative third-party testing. Qinglong Group regularly sends products to institutions such as the National Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for testing, and provides CMA/CNAS-certified test reports. We even open our production base, welcoming customers to witness the entire process of sampling, specimen preparation, curing, and compression testing on site at any time, demonstrating our strength in a transparent manner. In bidding for key projects, we often proactively propose on-site blind sample spot-check competitions.
Pursuing high compressive strength at the expense of toughness alone is dangerous. High-quality UHPC must possess high toughness (i.e., fracture energy) alongside high strength. By optimizing fiber parameters (length, aspect ratio, surface treatment) and matrix toughness, Qinglong UHPC exhibits pseudo-ductile behavior with multiple fine cracking upon failure, with flexural strength reaching 15-25MPa and impact resistance energy more than 5 times that of ordinary concrete. This "strong yet tough" characteristic is the best guarantee for building safety.
Therefore, searching for the UHPC manufacturer with the "highest strength" is essentially about finding a partner with the deepest understanding of materials science, the strictest process control, and the most transparent quality data. With a scientific spirit and a craftsman's dedication, Qinglong Group continuously challenges the performance limits of UHPC, providing the most solid skeleton for buildings.
