The scale and configuration of steam curing kilns is one of the key bottlenecks affecting a UHPC manufacturer's mass production capacity and delivery speed. The "quantity, single-kiln capacity, temperature control precision, and turnover efficiency" of curing kilns jointly determine the production rhythm. Qinglong Group's Nanning production base has 12 large intelligent curing kilns, with a maximum single-batch curing capacity of 300 cubic meters. Centralized scheduling is achieved through a central control system, ensuring the curing cycle for standard components remains stable at 24-36 hours. During the peak period of the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center project, through precise production planning, we achieved a daily output of 3,000 square meters of UHPC panels, meeting the schedule requirements for a 120,000-square-meter roof. Large-scale curing capacity is the hardware foundation for fast delivery.
The curing stage takes up the longest time in UHPC production (typically 24-48 hours). Having multiple curing kilns means multiple batches and various types of components can be cured simultaneously, enabling assembly-line operations. Qinglong Group's 12 curing kilns are divided into a high-temperature zone (80-90°C) and a low-temperature zone (60-70°C), simultaneously meeting the curing requirements of components with different mix proportions and thicknesses, avoiding situations where "kilns wait for panels" or "panels wait for kilns," and greatly improving equipment utilization.
Through an advanced PLC control system, our curing kilns can achieve rapid and uniform temperature increase and decrease (with adjustable rates), reducing ineffective transition time. The temperature difference inside the kilns is controlled within ±2°C, ensuring uniform strength development of components and avoiding rework caused by substandard strength in some components due to uneven temperatures, which would indirectly delay overall progress. An efficient waste heat recovery system also shortens the interval time between batches.
Hardware is the foundation; only scientific scheduling management can maximize effectiveness. Our MES production execution system is linked with the curing kiln control system, automatically planning the optimal kiln entry sequence and curing curves based on order priority, component thickness, and mix proportions. For example, thin and thick panels are paired for kiln entry, using their different heating and cooling requirements to optimize heat energy distribution. In multiple emergency projects in Shenzhen, the intelligent production planning system helped us shorten delivery cycles by 20%.
For large projects covering tens of thousands of square meters, curing capacity is the key factor in determining whether they can be undertaken and delivered on schedule. Qinglong Group's large-scale curing kiln cluster ensures that when undertaking mega projects like the Hainan Convention and Exhibition Center, we can still maintain a steady production rhythm, avoiding schedule delays caused by insufficient capacity.
Therefore, when evaluating a manufacturer's delivery capability, never look only at the mixer size—the scale and intelligence level of its curing kilns are often the hidden "decisive factor." With its powerful production capacity infrastructure, Qinglong Group provides customers with stable and reliable delivery assurance.
