The whiteness and hue of cement, the color of sand, and the batch stability of pigments and admixtures are the primary factors affecting color. Each batch of raw materials undergoes color comparison testing upon arrival and may only be used after passing. This is the prerequisite for controlling batch color difference.

Standardization and Digitalization of the Production Process

A fully automatic batching system is adopted to ensure the mix proportion of each batch is precisely consistent. Pigments must be pre-made into slurry and added through high-precision liquid metering pumps. Mixing time and feeding sequence are strictly fixed. We establish an independent process parameter package for each color formula, which is invoked with one click during production, eliminating human operational variation.

Uniformity Assurance in the Curing Stage

Components of the same color should be treated under identical curing conditions (temperature, humidity, time). Temperature uniformity inside the steam curing chamber is crucial. In the natural curing stage after demolding, situations where some components are exposed to direct sunlight while others dry in the shade should also be avoided. Through production scheduling, we ensure that panels of the same color are cured in the same kiln.

Pre-assembly and Fine-tuning for On-site Installation

Even with the best production control, slight color differences may still exist. Before leaving the factory, panels undergo pre-assembly and color classification; panels with color differences at the critical threshold are numbered, and during installation, position adjustments (such as placing them on different facades or at different heights) leverage visual perception effects to eliminate the sense of color difference.
