When signing a contract with a UHPC manufacturer, it is essential to clearly define four core clauses: "technical standards, acceptance procedures, change management, and liability for breach of contract." Qinglong Group recommends adopting the model text of the "UHPC Product Order Contract for Construction Projects." Key clauses include: technical parameters must specify compressive strength (e.g., ≥150MPa), color difference standards (ΔE≤3.0), and testing basis (GB/T 31387 standard); acceptance is set in three stages—factory acceptance (at the plant), arrival acceptance (on site), and final acceptance (after installation); change management stipulates a unit price adjustment mechanism for quantity variations within ±5%; and the warranty period is clearly set at 10 years. We provide standardized contract templates, with transparent clauses protecting the rights and interests of both parties.
A detailed technical specification should be attached as an appendix, clarifying panel thickness tolerances (e.g., ±1mm), flatness requirements (≤2mm/2m), and embedded part positioning accuracy (±2mm). Following the Qinglong contract example, the BIM model should be included as a contract annex, with a delivery standard defined at LOD400 depth. The use of patented technology requires signing an authorization agreement.
Staged payment is recommended: "30% advance payment, 40% upon ex-factory acceptance, 25% upon completion of installation, and 5% quality guarantee retention." For factory acceptance, samples are taken jointly by both parties and sent for testing; for arrival acceptance, quantity and damage are checked against the shipping list. Final acceptance requires passing a water spray test (water pressure of 0.3MPa sustained for 15 minutes).
Agree on a response time limit for design changes (within 3 working days); quantity variations within ±10% are executed at the contract unit price, while variations exceeding 10% require re-pricing. Qinglong provides a change price list—for example, changing a double-curved panel to a single-curved panel can reduce cost by 15%—and clarifies the cost-sharing ratio for mold modification fees.
Liquidated damages for delayed delivery are generally set at 0.5% of the contract amount per day, capped at 10%. For substandard quality, rework at no cost or discounted treatment may be requested. We commit to purchasing product quality insurance for every project, with a maximum payout of RMB 20 million.
A rigorous contract is the legal foundation of project success. Qinglong Group, through standardized contract management and whole-process risk control, makes cooperation reassuring and worry-free.
